I, the personal-data subject, by registering and/or using the «Book Me» service, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to the owner of the «Book Me» service (the «Operator») to process my personal data on the following terms.
surname, first name (patronymic); phone number; e-mail address; booking details (professional, service, date, time); visit history; technical data (IP address, cookies, device data).
registration and authentication; enabling online booking and communication with the professional; sending service notifications and reminders; user support; payment processing; improving the Service; compliance with applicable law.
collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (renewal, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction.
with and without automation. Initial collection and storage take place in a database located in the Russian Federation.
I consent to transferring my data to professionals (to the extent necessary for a booking), payment services, notification services and the hosting provider — for the purposes above, provided they observe confidentiality.
the consent is valid from the moment it is given until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. I may withdraw the consent by sending a written request to support@zapis-master.ru. After withdrawal the Operator stops processing and destroys the data within the period established by law, except where processing continues on other lawful grounds.
I confirm that I have read the Privacy Policy, that I understand my rights under Article 14 of Law No. 152-FZ, and that this consent is specific, informed and conscious.
I consent to receive marketing and informational messages from the Operator (e-mail, SMS, push, messengers) about new services, promotions and offers. This consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to support@zapis-master.ru.
