This Privacy Policy (the «Policy») sets out how personal data of Users of the «Book Me» service (zapis-master.ru) is processed and protected, and applies to all data the Operator may obtain about a User.
1.1. The personal-data operator is the owner of the «Book Me» service.
1.2. The Policy is drawn up in accordance with Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data».
1.3. By using the Service, the User agrees to this Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

The Operator does not process special categories of personal data or biometric personal data.

4.1. The User's consent to the processing of personal data (see the Consent to Personal Data Processing).
4.2. The conclusion and performance of the contract between the User and the Service under the Terms of Use.
4.3. Compliance with applicable legal requirements.
5.1. Processing is carried out with and without automation.
5.2. Initial collection and storage of personal data take place in databases located in the Russian Federation.
5.3. Personal data is kept until the purposes of processing are achieved or the consent is withdrawn; thereafter it is deleted or depersonalised within the period established by law.
6.1. The Operator transfers personal data to third parties only for the purposes stated: professionals (to the extent necessary for a booking), payment services, notification services and the hosting provider, provided they observe confidentiality.
6.2. Cross-border transfer is carried out in compliance with Law No. 152-FZ; where data is transferred to countries that do not ensure adequate protection, after notifying the authorised body (Roskomnadzor).
7.1. The User has the right to: obtain information about the processing of their data; require its rectification, blocking or deletion; and withdraw consent to processing.
7.2. Rights are exercised under Article 14 of Law No. 152-FZ.

The Service uses strictly necessary cookies to operate (session, security). The User may restrict cookies in the browser settings; some features of the Service may then become unavailable.
The Operator takes the necessary legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying and distribution.
The Operator may amend this Policy. A new revision takes effect once published at zapis-master.ru, unless stated otherwise.
